Long Island Select Healthcare is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving more than 8,500 patients annually across Suffolk County. Nearly 60% of our patients have intellectual or developmental disabilities. We provide comprehensive, compassionate care regardless of a patient's ability to pay.

Teams of four tee off simultaneously from different holes for a fast-paced, social round enjoyed by golfers of every skill level.
Start the morning right with a full breakfast, then refuel with lunch and on-course refreshments all day long.
Cap the day with an elegant 19th Hole cocktail reception and sit-down dinner celebrating the community we serve.
Closest to the pin, longest drive, and team winners all take home custom plaques throughout the day.
